01BUJAIRAMI SYDNEY / DUBAI CRUSH

Two screen worlds.
One coherent arrival.

Dubai
Crush

An immersive screen direction for the Dubai Crush launch: an open desert oasis and a hushed palm grove, joined by one Saker Falcon and one egg.

THE PROPOSALFRAME THE IDEA BEFORE THE FLOORPLAN

Two native worlds.
One continuity line.

Beach Aurora establishes the open, photoreal desert-oasis atmosphere. Forest compresses the same visual language into a protected grove. The Saker Falcon and egg carry continuity; the architecture determines each canvas ratio.

04WHAT I UNDERSTAND

Make the desert
feel alive—without
asking it to perform.

This is not a standard video crop. It is two native-ratio environments made to hold their composure at architectural scale: premium wildlife realism in Beach Aurora, and a deliberate ember-and-sand spirit in Forest.

THE CONTINUITY One bird and one egg carry the story. THE APPROACH AI-assisted look development, compositing, and controlled VFX. THE DECISION Final loop, playback, and venue specifications.

05THE NARRATIVE SYSTEM

One continuity line.
Two distinct atmospheres.

The egg advances slightly but does not hatch. Beach is open, photoreal, and warm; Forest is enclosed, sacred, and still. The screens remain immersive: no unnecessary copy, product shots, or visual noise competing with the environment.

A Saker Falcon made entirely of golden ember flame, connecting the two screen worlds.
  1. 01Open water

A nocturnal oasis holds a wide, warm field of water, stars, palms, and a restrained aurora.

  2. 02Low flight

A natural Saker Falcon glides close to the water; mass, reflection, shadow, and ripples must agree.

  3. 03Protected stillness

At the grove, the falcon becomes a controlled ember-and-sand spirit standing watch over the egg.

  4. 04Loop with intent

Each environment returns to its opening state through an approved, motivated loop bridge—not a hidden hard cut.

06THE SCREEN CANVAS

Designed at the
wall’s native proportion.

Both wall formats are materially wider than 16:9. The composition starts at native resolution, so the scene reads as one environment across the wall—not as a familiar frame stretched to fit it.

07DELIVERY CONFIDENCE

A beautiful frame
is not yet a venue master.

AI can accelerate material discovery, but the final experience needs more than a good clip. Native-ratio animatics, controlled compositing, loop validation, and master checks protect the result at LED scale.

01 / LOOK LOCK

Identity before volume

One falcon reference, one egg crack-stage reference, palette and lighting notes, and hero frames for each room.

02 / MOTION PROOF

Wide animatics first

Timecoded progressions at the native canvas, including Beach loop-bridge logic and Forest micro-motion.

03 / MASTERING

Inspect the encoded result

Verify dimensions, frame rate, codec, colour, alpha, audio state, anatomy, reflections, flicker, and three loop cycles.

04 / HANDOFF

Unambiguous delivery

Versioned masters and the Forest PNG still, with a delivery manifest only after scope and venue specifications are confirmed.

08VENUE CONTEXT

The venue context
is a guide, not final art.

The supplied plans establish room location, circulation, and the relationship between Beach Aurora and Forest. They give the motion direction a real spatial context from the start.

09TO BEGIN WITH CONFIDENCE

A few clear
decisions unlock
the work.

These inputs make the production plan precise, protect the launch schedule, and ensure the final work plays exactly as intended in the venue.

01Confirm the two-screen scopePROJECT SCOPE

Confirm that the immediate contracted scope is strictly Beach Aurora and Forest, rather than the five-room story mentioned elsewhere.

02Define the loop and playbackVENUE DELIVERY

Confirm loop duration, codec/container, colour profile, gamma, audio state, bitrate, LED processor, pixel map, seams, safe area, and playback test method.

03Clarify the Forest masterOUTPUT

Confirm whether ProRes 4444 requires alpha or is simply the venue’s preferred playback codec; the brief does not establish transparency as a requirement.

04Confirm the egg treatmentCREATIVE DETAIL

Confirm whether the egg remains natural or carries the subtle brand mark seen in the invitation. No mark should be invented for the screens.

05Set the approval rhythmWORKING METHOD

Name the single approver, expected review cadence, final handoff contact, and whether the 04 Sep date means creative review or approved masters.

10READY TO PROCEED

Lock the
screen system.
Then build the feeling.

Once the scope, playback requirements, Forest output, egg treatment, and approval route are confirmed, the next delivery is a native-ratio look-development and motion-test plan for both environments.
